Sameer is the founder of DFL Group. Under Sameer’s leadership various Indiabulls companies have distributed $2 billion in dividends to its shareholders in the last 10 years. Sameer holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology [IIT], Delhi.
Divyesh B. Shah
Executive Director & COO
Divyesh is the Chief Operating Officer of the DFL Group. With over 20 years of experience in building profitable businesses for the Group, he is now at the forefront of executing new initiatives in the digital transactional finance and digital healthcare space.
Pinank Jayant Shah
Executive Director
Pinank is the Group CFO & the CEO of DFL. Prior to joining DFL, Pinank was the head of Treasury at Indiabulls Housing Finance for 6 years before which he spent almost a decade at HDFC Limited in retail, corporate lending & risk management functions. Pinank holds a Masters degree in Management Studies (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
Akhil Gupta
CEO Transerv & Head of Operations
Akhil has close to 2 decades of rich work experience with esteemed organisations like Indiabulls, Moserbaer, Ramco, ICICI bank and Luminous. During his stint of 14 years with Indiabulls, he handled several critical roles & responsibilities, including Head of Operations for retail and corporate mortgage loans and worked in various departments like Finance, Treasury, Operations and Call Centre. Akhil is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from Birla Institute of Management and Technology.
Amit Gandhi
Collections Head
Amit is the Head of Collections at Dhani Loans and Service Limited. Amit carries over 20 years of experience across Risk, Business, Strategy, Collections in Secured, Unsecured and Digital Products. He has been with Dhani for the last 4 years, prior to which he was with Indiabulls Housing, Standard Chartered and Xerox. Amit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and a PGDMA diploma in Sales and Marketing from NIS-Delhi.
Gaurav Mehrotra
VP_Engineering
Gaurav, an alumnus of IIT Delhi [B.Tech, 1999] I head the DFL stocks engineering team and lead digital transformation of the brokerage platform. Gaurav has more than 20 years of experience in building products focused on driving new businesses, managing financial risk and reducing operational costs. He has held technology management positions at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and JP Morgan Wealth Management business.
Ritu Kapoor Puri
Head of Customer Service
Ritu heads the Contact DFL loans & Services ltd. Prior to joining DFL she worked as Head of Retail Operations at Indiabull Housing Finance Ltd for 5 yrs. Ritu has over two decades of vast and versatile work experience in key functional areas in Sales, Service, Operations, Risk & Compliance at GE Money, and ICICI Bank. Ritu's educational background. Ritu holds a Masters in International Business Management from Lucknow University.
Nina Sirbu
Talent Acquisition Head
Nina manages Talent Acquisition for DFL, across the UK and India for the Technology vertical. Channelizing her 13 years of recruitment experience, she has been instrumental in bringing in the best talent around the world to DFL. Nina has a degree in International Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
